How long does an implementation take?

It depends on the package and the scope agreed at discovery — the proposal includes a timeline.

When does the monthly fee start?

After go-live, once the free support period ends. The start date is written into the contract.

Do we pay a licence fee per user?

No. It is built on Odoo Community, so there are no per-user licence fees.

Can you migrate data from our old system?

Yes. Products, customers, stock and prices are migrated from Excel or an older Odoo.

Where is the server hosted?

On your own server or on a server we rent for you — we agree on this in the proposal.
